Bias Toward Action
Bias Toward Action
At eighteen, I turned ~$20,000 in savings into roughly $80,000 in value, through a concentrated bet and persistence, all within a year. I found an opportunity, took the risk, and stuck with it until it paid off.

I Build Systems That Benefit Organizations
I Build Systems That Benefit Organizations
When I saw a gap in how University of Miami's Real Estate Finance Association ran recruiting, I restructured it to make the process more consistent. When I saw a gap between what REFA provides and what is needed in terms of education, I built the Analyst Program, giving REFA a repeatable way to develop members instead of just programming events. When I saw REFA’s events weren’t appealing to members the way they were intended to, I decided to moderate events and get feedback on what industries are of interest to the members.

I Know Real Estate
I Know Real Estate
I’ve taken a range of real estate coursework and I’m comfortable financial modeling across the capital stack. I understand how securitization works within real estate, what role leverage plays on both the equity and debt side, and how different types of capital carry different mandates. All of this being said I will be forever learning and intend to grow my industry knowledge as time goes on.

Well Networked, and Growing
Well Networked, and Growing
I built a CRM of over 60 industry contacts I stay in touch with. As I progress in my carrier that network grows exponentially. My network directly benefits everything above it the systems I build, the opportunities I find, and the knowledge I keep sharpening all grow faster because of the relationships behind them.

I work hard, I seize opportunities to grow personally and within organizations, I’m knowledgeable about the industry and still learning, and I have the relationships to back all of it up. All four of these compound over time, which is what makes me a candidate worth betting on now and worth developing further.
